Recently I purchased one of the best things ever….a 5 pound gummy bear (see video above for more info on the awesome-ness of this gummy beast).

I am really not into taking a bunch of pills, powders or supplements past the usual protein shake for working out; however, there is one powder that I do take daily and would recommend to anyone.
It is called Vitamineral Green Powder. You can usually find it at your nearby Whole Foods. It costs about $20 for a small jar and about $50 for a large jar and is worth every penny. Read reviews, see prices, or get other opinions on Vitamineral Green Powder.
Very rarely do I get sick and I like to attribute my consistent health with my daily intake of Vitamineral Green Powder. It tastes a little funky just mixed with water, but if you mix it with Apple Juice it is pretty palatable. I got hit with a 24 hour flu yesterday, which is uncommon for me, but I took this powder before I went to sleep and am feeling 100% better today.

This might be the best beer I have ever had - Velvet, from the Czech Republic. With a similar weight to Guiness, but with a lighter finish, Velvet makes for the perfect beer.
I have been unable to find it anywhere in the U.S., or anywhere else in the world for that matter, so if you are interested in checking it out for yourself then you are going to have to make a trip to Prague.
